1. Government Discretion and Processing

The client acknowledges that the sole discretion to grant a visa or immigration status rests with the respective Government Authorities, not GreenTree Immigration. We have no control over the final decision or the time required by the government to process any application.

2. ITA (Invitation to Apply) Policy

If a client does not receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) within one year of entering the pool, the following options are available:

• Resubmission: Re-enter the pool under the terms, conditions, and service agreements in effect at that time.
• Process Change: Switch to any other program for which you qualify. In this case, 50% of the initial service fee will be credited toward the new process. The client will be responsible for any additional costs as per the new package.

3. Service Fee & Eligibility for Refund

Our service fees are determined based on the professional work, effort, and administrative processes involved.

Note: Refund requests are only considered if the service costs have been paid in full. Clients with an outstanding balance or pending processing fee are ineligible to submit a refund request.
